Jaime Bertsche is a Principal responsible for leasing efforts in Mid-America Asset Management’s retail property portfolio. She has been with Mid- America since June 2004, specializing solely in Landlord representation. Ms. Bertsche has extensive experience in an array of product types including mixed use developments, multi level projects, power centers, traditional grocery-anchored centers and high street retail. Jaime focuses on urban retail properties including traditional centers and street front retail within Mid-America Asset Management’s portfolio. Clients include major Pension Funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Entrepreneurs. Through her work in each respective area, she has formed strong relationships with local, regional and national tenants in addition to long term relationships with clients.
