Since joining Capstone in 2014, Jad has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and investment sales successes throughout Florida and the greater Southeast. He has a long track record of successfully representing an array of clients, comprised of both institutional and private equity investors. Jad possesses vast experience in the successful disposition of a wide breadth of multi-family assets, including: existing conventional properties, student housing, affordable communities, and multi-family development sites throughout the region. Jad has led, or been meaningfully involved in, the analysis and disposition of nearly $500M in assets and 10,000+ units.
Prior to joining Capstone, Jad most recently served as the managing director of a regional commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm, where he led all aspects of acquisitions, asset management, and the sourcing of investment capital. Jad brings client-specific customization to his brokerage services, including detailed market research, extensive financial analysis, and comprehensive resource integration throughout the disposition process.
