About
Jaclyn Fitts is Executive Vice President and co-leads the CBRE National Student Housing team. During her tenure with the team, Ms. Fitts has transacted more than $11 billion in student housing properties and leads the investment sales platform on a national basis.
Ms. Fitts began her career with the Archon Group in Dallas, the real estate investment arm of Goldman Sachs and the Whitehall Funds. While at Archon, Ms. Fitts worked in both the Portfolio Management & Structured Finance Group and the Retail Acquisitions Group.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Fitts worked in the Asset Management Group of the U.S. Real Estate Funds for The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C. Following two years with The Carlyle Group, Ms. Fitts went on to earn her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin, and upon graduation, joined CBRE. Ms. Fitts worked with the CBRE Central Texas Multifamily team for four years, before joining the student housing team.
