Ms. Tran is a Vice President at Meridian in the company’s Southern California offices. She joined the firm in 2016 and has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, incluidng loan underwriting, workouts, and CMBS re-underwriting covering all major income property types. Since joining Meridian, she pas participated in the closing of more than 25 debt financing transactions. Ms. Tran has held senior underwriting positions with the Commercial Mortgage Origination Groups of Wells Fargo’s Capital Market Group and CMAC-RFC. Ms. Tran holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Houston. Whenever possible, she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her family and friends.
