Jack’s role includes identifying prospective tenants and researching competing properties to develop the most effective marketing and leasing strategies for our clients as well as negotiating lease proposals and final lease terms.  Jack has assisted in leasing over 163,000 SF at Central Square in Midtown, bringing it from a vacant building to 59% leased. In the past year he has assisted in the lease up of over 300,000 SF at Houston Center, including an anchor tenant at 2 Houston Center.
