Jack Moran is an Investment Sales Professional atr Ariel Property Advisors.Mr. Moran is responsible for originating and executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in Manhattan, with a focus on Lower Manhattan. Mr. Moran has experience evaluating and marketing a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Moran worked for Equity Residential as a Community Administrator. In this role he oversaw the apartment leasing and financial operations for a portfolio of luxury high-rises on the Upper West Side. Previously he interned for Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group, and served as a Logistics Associate for ChalkTalkSPORTS.
Mr. Moran received his BA in History from Union College. He actively participates in fundraising efforts for charitable organizations, such as the Alzheimer’s Association and Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Moran enjoys reading as well as playing basketball, golf, running and biking, and is a member of the New York Athletic Club.
