Jack Gaffney is a senior member of Finial Group’s brokerage services and acquisitions team. His primary focus is on owner representation, acquisitions and investment sales, development tenant representation and sales transactions. Jack is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising Finial Group’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their needs. He provides lease and financial analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of his clients.
Since starting at Finial Group, Jack has specialized in the industrial sector. His primary focus is on industrial leasing, acquisitions and development for Finial Group and their partners. In his 3 years at the firm, he has assisted in over 400,000 square feet of lease transactions and 250,000 SF of sales transactions. Jack was accepted into the SIOR Member Associate program in January 2021 and is working towards his full designation.
