Jack France serves as Associate and is the industrial specialist on the Capital Markets Team in the Dallas- Fort Worth offi ce of Colliers International. Jack is a member of the Net Leased Group and Industrial Services Group. Jack’s specialization encompasses the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of credit tenant leased industrial properties with a hyper-focus on equipment rental properties nationwide. Prior to working with Colliers, Jack was the business development & acquisition manager for a private investment group based out of Los Angeles, where he focused on blend and extend opportunities in triple net assets. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and he prides himself on providing a consultative approach to relationship management, and advisory strategies.
