The team is highly specialized, capable, and focused on mid-market exclusive seller representation of investment sales nationally. The team facilitates and creates opportunities for a wide spectrum of private and institutional clients. In 2019, the team completed over 500 Investment Sales representing over $2,200,000 in worth. As of 10/21/2021- Jack is representing 14 exclusively listed properties valued in excess of $70,000,000.
Jack has over 8 years of transactional commercial real estate experience and has directly closed more than 50 transactions. Jack has tenacity and creativity in bringing deals to a successful closing.
