About
Jack Chera joined RIPCO, May 2022 as Executive Managing Director of Long Island and New York City markets. Prior to joining RIPCO, Chera worked at Crown Acquisitions since 2010. While at Crown Acquisitions, he spent most of his time looking for properties to acquire for the company. In 2012, the company created Crown Retail Services, which is the retail brokerage side of the company. He began working in both the acquisition and retail leasing divisions of the business. His successful track record includes completed deals with Chipotle, Bank of America, School Construction Authority, Vitamin Shoppe, Sephora, Pet Supplies Plus, Indochino, IHOP, Armed Forces Career Center, Planet Fitness, and others. Additionally, Chera helped some of his many clients purchase and sell properties throughout the five boroughs. While at Crown, he served as the team lead that completed 30 deals with Planet Fitness. Over the past three years, Chera has represented Planet Fitness Corporate, completing 15 deals across Long Island.
