Jack Callaghan is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and is focused on brokerage including tenant and end user representation. Jack is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost effective solutions for accommodating their needs. Jack provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations and value based recommendations for each of his clients. Prior to joining Finial Group, Jack interned at JLL in Houston on the industrial brokerage team during the summer of 2019 and the winter of 2020. Jack also interned at Marcus & Millichap in Austin, TX, as a research analyst for debt and equity placement. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jack attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. He moved to Austin in 2016 to attend the University of Texas, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business. Jack was an officer of Kappa Sigma fraternity and a member of the Underground Real Estate Society (URES) at the University of Texas.
