I am currently the senior financial analyst at Hillwood Properties. My primary responsibility is underwriting our ground up developments. My role spans several property types, but I have been involved in the underwriting process for industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and airport hangar products. I model our projects cash flows from construction budget, financing, lease-up through stabilization and disposition. As part of our underwriting process I aid in the debt/equity sourcing and analyze the impact various options will have on our projects.
