Jack Armstrong joined CBRE Nashville in 2018 as a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services platform. As a First Vice President Broker with CBRE, Jack focuses on tenant and landlord representation and aiding in both the leasing and sales transactions of industrial assets. From 2020 to 2023, Jack, with other team members, has completed over $875.7M in Lease and Sale Transactions. Jack is also heavily involved in business development efforts by cultivating relationships with leading developers, Private Equity Groups and Institutional Landlords as well as tenants and buyers in the Nashville Market. Jack was previously a Private Banker for Truxton Trust located in Nashville and was responsible for the development and delivery of customized banking solutions for high net worth individuals, families and organizations. Most of his lending transactions were Commercial Real Estate related. Prior to his Private Banking role, he was a credit analyst for Truxton Trust providing the underwriting for both consumer and commercial loans.
