J. Scott Moore serves as First Vice President with CBRE and is responsible for the firm's Fort Worth industrial and office agency leasing practice. Mr. Moore leverages his 10 years of broad experience and market knowledge in the DFW industrial market to create solutions for owners and corporate clients – whether tenant or landlord representation, site selection, acquisition or disposition work.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Moore spent 10 years with Holt Lunsford where he leased over ten million SF throughout the metroplex. Mr. Moore’s responsibilities included client development, project leasing, acquisition, disposition, industrial development, and management of over six million square foot industrial portfolio. Prior to entering the commercial real estate arena, Mr. Moore practiced law for seven years, where he representing a variety of Fortune 500 clients. ie. Exxon Mobil, Dow Chemical, Certainteed Corporation and ABEX.
