Born in Houston and raised in the real estate business, J.J. has
a strong understanding of the Houston real estate market.
J.J. joined NewQuest in 2016 after previously serving as
an associate with SDI Realty Advisors, a full service retail
development firm. At SDI, J.J.’s primary focus was the leasing,
redevelopment, and disposition of various assets ranging
from neighborhood gas stations to regional power centers
across Texas and Louisiana. J.J. is a proud alum of Southern
Methodist University where he was the starting quarterback
for the 2011 football team. J.J. graduated from SMU in 2011
with a B.B.A. in Financial Consulting. J.J. is a licensed sales
agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and an active
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
