Ivan Viramontes is responsible for the production of investment packages including market research, financial analysis and underwriting of self-storage, commercial and multifamily transactions. He also assists with due diligence, competitive bid scenarios and closing processes for the firm’s clients. Ivan has three and a half years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Talonvest, he worked at WD Land, a full-service land brokerage and advisory firm. Ivan earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate from Cal Poly Pomona.
