Isaak graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a degree in History in 1998, and earned an MA from San Francisco State in History in 2000.
Isaak is a Vice President of Investments, and Director of the National Multi Family Housing working out of the Sacramento Office. Since joining Marcus and Millichap in late 2015, he has closed over 50 transactions. In the last 24 months, he has closed over 30 transactions with over $100 Million in Value. He specializes in Multi Family Investments in the Sacramento Valley from Chico to Modesto, and Auburn to Fairfield. Isaak also has a good deal of experience in Affordable Housing, having closed HAP Project Based Section 8, Section 202, USDA Rural Development Projects, LIHTC, Senior Housing, and CA HOME FUND Award properties. Isaak also has extensive experience with 1031 Exchanges and has successfully moved clients into different property types, including triple net leased investments, senior housing and retail.
