About

Isaac Shabot has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry through his acquisitions, retail leasing and investment sales roles. Isaac began his career in real estate on an Investment Sales team at Marcus & Millichap. From there, he moved on to an Acquisitions role at Glory Capital, where he was exposed to the acquisitions process from a principal’s perspective. Isaac then joined Ripco’s retail leasing team where he acted as a tenant and landlord representative in NYC, most notably working with TD Bank in their expansion throughout the outer borough’s. Isaac joined KSR in 2016 and brought these past experiences to his current role. Isaac is a born-and-bred New Yorker who utilizes both his extensive real estate experience and practical knowledge of each neighborhood to better serve his clients. Isaac holds both a B.B.A in Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Baruch College.
