India Whiteside has lived and practiced real estate in Lincoln Park and the Andersonville area since 1998, and has won the prestigious Rolex Award from @properties. India has helped buyers and sellers all over Chicago, from the South Loop to Rogers Park, and the lakefront to Humboldt Park, specializing in Lakewood/Balmoral where she resides and Lincoln Park where her children attended school. Aside from owning investment property, India is a homeowner and renovator, and can easily relate to all the joys and woes that entails! India was a member of both the LSC and the PTA at Lincoln Elementary. As the Wellness Chair for the P.T.A., she implemented a food-allergy safety program. India also participated in fundraising for EFAC, l'Ecole Franco-Americain de Chicago, and is fluent in French. She lives in her beloved Lakewood/Balmoral, where India has long served as a block representative on the Resident's Council, co-chairs the Welcome Committee, and helped organize the ever-popular Harvest Moon Festival.
