"In this age of the internet, everyone has data about the real estate market. Therefore the truth in educating is how you present the breadth of information in an understandable way, so a buyer/renter/seller can grasp and digest it," says Ian, who strongly believes that there is still no substitute for personal service. "I do this by keeping clients constantly updated with aesthetically pleasing reports, keeping in constant contact, and being openly communicative with any area they need to discuss."
