Ian Nordfors joined the King of Prussia office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in May 2023. He also works out of the Philadelphia office. Mr. Nordfors is responsible for securing commercial debt & equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Nordfors served as an Originator for a boutique commercial real estate capital advisory firm specializing in the placement of institutional debt & equity. Additionally, he worked as a Consultant for a national P&C insurance carrier focusing on commercial property risks. Mr. Nordfors is a graduate of Widener University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
