With 30 years of experience, Ian DeVries is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant representation and Land Development. Ian serves as advisor to the leaders of major corporations, institutions and developers, such as Hillwood, Industrial Property Trust, Duke Realty and Alere Property Group. Since 2012, Ian has facilitated the sale and leasing of industrial space in excess of 13 million square feet and 440 acres of industrial land. Currently, DeVries lists more than 4 million square feet of industrial properties in the Inland Empire, making him consistently one of the most active brokers in the region.
