Hunter, a Raleigh native, was born and raised in a real estate family and since childhood has been involved in the industry in one way or another. During his four summers working through his undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University, Hunter interned with CBRE. Upon graduation, Hunter entered the homebuilding and land development industry and in 2017, Hunter joined Cushman & Wakefield to help expand and enhance the Land Service Team.
Hunter brings his knowledge from his two years in homebuilding and land development to better qualify and understand the value of sites for his clients. He specializes in land transactions for commercial, multi-family and residential projects in Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office.
