Hugh Scullin serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates. Over the last decade with the firm, Hugh has participated in and managed several projects including real estate strategic growth and restructuring portfolios for small retailers and big-box clients. He currently represents First Watch, Retro Fitness and PGA Tour Superstore in parts of the Northeast. Prior to joining Katz, Hugh served as Senior Vice President of Linens ‘n Things where he supervised both real estate and store operations for 20 years. During his tenure, he managed all store development departments including Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Maintenance, Facilities, Legal and Lease Administration. Under Hugh’s direction over 650 stores opened within the United States and Canada. Before his time with Linens, Hugh served as Vice President of Operations for Alcott and Andrews, what was then a start-up women’s fashion chain.
