He has a background in investment acquisitions, finance, brokerage, management, development, and strategic planning. Sands received a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. He is a member of the advisory board of Net Lease Forum and served on the Board of Directors for a REIT. Sands was a three-time All-American tennis player, a Harvard University Hall of Fame inductee, and a world-ranked professional tennis player.
