Howard Dolch, an executive vice president and one of the principals at The Lansco Corporation, has expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and sales. Not only has he negotiated several million square feet of premier office leases, but he has also brokered leases for high-profile retailers and educational institutions, assembled land for development, and brokered the sale of buildings. Most recently, Mr. Dolch represented 546 Broadway in a transaction that secured a long-term lease commitment from leading Japanese retailer Uniqlo for its flagship U.S. store. In order to finalize the transaction, he negotiated arduously to keep the deal on track until city agencies finally approved the property’s use as 100% retail. The lease for 50,000 square feet is the largest of its kind in SoHo. Mr. Dolch assisted the landlord at 79 Fifth Avenue in securing a high profile, long-term lease for ten floors and nearly 200,000 square feet of office and classroom space with The New School.
