Herschel thrives on establishing and cultivating relationships with investors and other real estate professionals to acquire, sell and exchange their real estate investments in order to achieve their investment objectives. With his extensive knowledge of the San Fernando Valley's multi-family marketplace, Herschel is able to devise investment strategies that utilize his strong knowledge base of properties, investors and access to capital.
