About

Henry is a Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Having more than seven years of industry experience, Henry joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. His primary responsibilities include debt and equity advisory for owners of office, retail, multi-housing, industrial and hotel properties. His experience includes underwriting, structuring and marketing transactions such as construction financing, conventional permanent financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity. During the course of his career, Henry has been involved in over $2.2 billion in transactions. Prior to joining HFF in July 2017, Henry was an Associate at CCRE, where he worked within the company’s CMBS originations platform. At CCRE, his responsibilities included sourcing fixed- and floating-rate loans, conducting all loan-level diligence and underwriting, and managing loans through credit and the closing process.
