Henry joined Newmark in 2019 as an Associate Director, focusing on structuring debt financings and investment sales transactions on behalf of institutional clients, led by David Milestone, Vice Chairman of West Coast Capital Markets. Prior to joining Newmark, Henry spent four years as a member of Eastdil Secured’s Hawaii coverage, debt placement, and loan sale groups, where he participated in closing more than $4 billion of commercial property, portfolio, and land transactions. Henry attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance while garnering three All-American awards on USC’s Men’s Volleyball team.
