Henry Barnathan joined Meridian Capital Group in 2023 and is based in the firm’s New York office. He focuses on the sale of high-street retail and multifamily assets throughout New York City. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Barnathan was an analyst at J. Safra Real Estate, where he managed office, multifamily, and ground-up development projects across New York City, as well as development initiatives in Miami. Over the course of his career, Mr. Barnathan has been involved in the management and execution of more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including notable trophy assets across New York, Miami, and Europe. Mr. Barnathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College and a Development Certification from MIT. Mr. Barnathan is a member of various institutions within his community and in Israel.
