Heather is Senior Vice President for Mag Mile Capital and has been with founder Aries Capital since 2002. As a member of the Originations and Business Development Team, Heather manages all phases of the closing process for the firm’s client transactions, including facilitating correspondence among the borrower, lender, attorney and third parties; troubleshooting and resolving issues; and ensuring all deliverables are received in order and on time for closing and securitization. Heather has participated in over $1 billion in financing transactions.
Prior to her current role, Heather was an originator and underwriter for the firm where she performed real estate analysis, developed cash flow models and underwrote directly for its correspondent lenders. She also placed loans with CMBS, local banks, insurance companies and high-leveraged lenders. Heather specializes in hotel analysis and unique loan structures involving A, B, and C tranches.
