Harrison Balisky is a co-founding principal and managing partner of Olmsted Real Estate based in Brooklyn, New York. Before forming Olmsted, Harrison was the Director of the Commercial Division at EXR and an Associate Director of the Retail Investment Sales Team at CPEX.
During that time Harrison brokered over fifty transactions totaling over 260,000 sf with an aggregate value of $200 million. A few of his notable transactions include bringing The Butcher’s Daughter to their first Brooklyn outpost, inking an office lease with Cartier in Williamsburg, and assembling a 35,000 sf portfolio sale in Woodside, Queens. Harrison attributes his success to specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the outer boroughs, specifically in the emerging markets of Brooklyn and Queens.
Harrison is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. He received a B.S. in Environmental Science from University of Vermont and has also studied abroad at the Cass Business School of City University in London.
