Ms. McCann focuses on the marketing, sale, and leasing of commercial properties in the Washington, D.C. area, specializing in the close-in Maryland suburbs of Prince George’s County and Montgomery County, Maryland. In addition to representing property owners in sales and leasing, Ms. McCann works with owner-operators, investors, and developers in acquisition. Ms. McCann is proud to have put many local small businesses in brick-and-mortar, helping her clients navigate the process from first leases to legacy purchases that establish an enduring presence in the region’s neighborhoods and communities. Born and raised in D.C., Ms. McCann joined Feldman Ruel after building a new commercial division for a Maryland-based residential brokerage, where she fostered relationships with longtime property owners on the Route 1 corridor and in the Takoma Park/Silver Spring area.
