Greg Wang joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in the New York headquarters in 2012. Mr. Wang specializes in tenant representation with a focus on both acquisition and disposition requirements, primarily in New York City's Midtown market. Over the course of his career, he has represented a number of multinational corporations in their global real estate requirements, leveraging his critical focus on deep market knowledge. Mr. Wang brings extensive experience representing financial, legal and entertainment industry clients. Most recently, he represented Sony Corporation in the renewal of 35,000 square feet in Ft. Myers, FL, and the Dr. Oz show in leasing nearly 30,000 square feet at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Mr. Wang assisted Foley & Lardner in a renewal and expansion of over 60,000 square feet at 90 Park Avenue in addition to representing Dan Klores Communications in its headquarters transaction at 261 Fifth Avenue.
