About
Greg Conen joined Tishman Speyer in 1999 and is currently responsible for office leasing efforts at the Chrysler East Building and 11 West 42nd Street in New York. He is spearheading leasing for new development projects at The Spiral and Morgan North. Greg began his tenure with the company as an associate in the Chicago office, working with the Leasing and Acquisitions teams before relocating to New York to focus on leasing activities. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is involved with the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey. Greg holds a BA in marketing and advertising from the University of Wisconsin.
