Greg Taubin joined Studley (now Savills) immediately following his graduation from Tulane University in 1994 and is a Vice Chairman, operating out of the firm’s New York office. Greg’s area of expertise is strategic commercial real estate planning, including early lease restructurings and renewals, relocations, and the acquisition and disposition of facilities. Greg thoroughly understands the New York real estate market, enabling him to structure complex occupancy solutions that align with his clients’ business goals. Greg has closed over 15 million square feet of leasing transactions over the course of his career, with clients ranging from law and financial services firms to technology companies.
