Greg began working in a brokerage setting during his college years as a yacht broker. Born and raised in Maine, Greg transitioned to commercial real estate with Matt Cardente in 2005 and spent over sixteen years in Portland at Cardente Real Estate. In 2022, Greg joined Compass Commercial Brokers.
Over the years Greg has represented Tenants and Landlords in leasing transactions, as well as Buyers and Sellers during real estate and business brokerage transactions. Whether working with a multinational REIT or a local non-profit Greg’s goal has consistently been to earn the trust of his Clients through industry knowledge, local expertise, and a strong background in construction management, from conceptual design to ribbon cutting.
Greg was named Maine Commercial Realtor of the year and listed amongst the top 25 Commercial Realtors in the Country in 2016.
