Greg is co-founder of HFO Real Estate and brings more than 30 years of multifamily investment sales and advisory experience. Since its founding 24 years ago, the HFO team has closed transactions involving more than 40,000 apartment units valued at more than $6.0 billion. Greg's granular knowledge of the market has helped HFO become the market leader for multifamily transactions in Oregon and SW Washington for both private and institutional clients. He has served on the boards of Multifamily NW and More Housing Now! He is a frequent speaker at industry events and guest lecturer at the PSU Center for Real Estate. Greg graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.
