Bringing over thirty years of commercial real estate sales and equity placement experience, Greg Engler joined Walker & Dunlop in April 2015 as part of the Engler Financial Group acquisition. As Senior Advisor, Mr. Engler is focused on growing our Investment Sales business in Florida, Texas, and California.
As the founder and CEO of Engler Financial Group, Mr. Engler was responsible for overseeing the sale and/or equity placement for over 200 transactions representing over $9.2 billion. Prior to opening Engler Financial Group, Mr. Engler was the East Coast partner with Moran & Company for seven years and closed over $1.0 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Moran & Company, Mr. Engler was responsible for multifamily acquisitions and development in the Southeast for Archstone Communities. Before Archstone Communities, Mr. Engler spent eight years at Travelers Realty Investment Company overseeing the disposition of $2.0 billion of commercial real estate.
