Greg is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas. He takes great pride in the relationships he has developed over the years and is honored to advise AMC Theatres, Ann Taylor, Bloomin’ Brands, Brinker, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dressbarn, Eyemart Express, Field & Stream, Five Below, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Golf Galaxy, Harbor Freight, Kirkland’s, Kohl’s, Lane Bryant, Layne’s Chicken, LOFT, Maurices, Pet Supplies Plus, Shoppers World, TONI&GUY and The Vitamin Shoppe, among others. Greg joined Edge after 15 years at Staubach Retail where he was consistently named a national Top Producer including being named “Million Dollar” producer in 2008. The Dallas Business Journal named Greg the “Rookie of the Year” in 2000 and the No. 1 Retail Broker in Dallas/Ft. Worth in 2009. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Business/Real Estate from the University of North Texas. Greg is an avid golfer and has never had a hole in one.
