Greg Bante is an executive managing director based in the Savills Denver office. Greg is part of the Denver leadership team that includes Rick Schuham and Todd Roebken. Greg’s clients range from startup firms to well- established multinational corporations including Comcast, CH2M, Chipotle, Encana and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Greg joined Savills in 2017 and prior to that he was a managing director at JLL for 10 years. Greg has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Since 1995, Greg has successfully negotiated over 1,500 real estate transactions throughout the world totaling over 20 million square feet. These transactions include office lease acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit assignments and sale-leasebacks.
