Grant Rickertsen is an Associate Advisor at Citadel Partners. He specializes in industrial tenant and landlord representation in the Metropolitan submarket. Born and raised in Iowa, Grant served as the president of the UNI Real Estate Club coordinating weekly meetings and events for students and members. He served as a team member of the UNI Real Estate team which finished as the runner-up at the NAIOP development competition in Minneapolis. As a student-athlete, Grant placed seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships two years in a row. He grew up showing cattle as a member of 4-H and FFA and learned the benefits of putting in long hours and hard work to get the best results possible. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cycling, exercising, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
