Grant Keyes joined Stream in August 2023 as an Executive Vice President in the Carolinas office. He focuses on landlord representation and is dedicated to strategically advising institutional, regional, and local investors to maximize the value of their office and medical office assets. Grant is well known for his attention to detail, sophisticated analysis and marketing, and delivering best-in-class results through his expertise and ownership mindset. Grant spent two years as a Senior Vice President at JLL prior to Stream. He began his commercial real estate career as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Charlotte, where he ascended to a Director role during his more than eight-year tenure. Grant has executed over 500 transactions totaling more than $500 million in deal consideration. In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his family, including a newborn daughter, traveling far and near for great food and craft beer, and rooting for the Carolina Panthers.
