In his current role as Senior Managing Director and Certified Portfolio Manager within the Integrated Portfolio Services group at JLL, Grant is responsible for strategic planning and account management for a wide variety of corporate real estate users on a global basis. Grant is a partner on the top performing IPS at JLL. Serving as the single point of contact, Grant coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Strategic Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, Occupancy Planning, and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows Grant to provide his global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. His ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures his clients real estate strategy is aligned with their long term business objectives. Grant is a JLL Top Gun (top 1% of Global Professionals) and is a member of JLL’s Leadership Council Advisory Board. Grant resides in Lake Forest with his wife Courtney and children Craig and Taylor.
