About
Grady joined PSRS in 2017 and currently holds the title of Vice President, in addition to also being an active California Licensed CPA. Since joining PSRS, Grady has financed over $850M in Commercial Real Estate Debt and Structured Finance. This includes 3.9M SF of retail, 2.3M SF of industrial, 1.1M SF of office, 1,200 self-storage units, and 1,900 multifamily units. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining PSRS, Grady worked in the offices of Ernst & Young (a top 4 accounting firm with the largest market share of Los Angeles-based real estate companies) as a real estate auditor, and later at Bedrock Global Capital as a real estate analyst. Today, Grady is responsible for the origination of a variety of commercial loans, including those on multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. In his free time, Grady enjoys exercising, playing golf, spending time with friends, cooking, and visiting his family in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was born and raised.
