Gordon J. Mace has been active in industrial real estate in the San Fernando Valley for 45 years. He received his degree in marketing from San Jose State University. He began his career in 1973 as the manager of the Ashwill-Burke Valley office, where he was the top producer for all eight years. For the next eight years, Gordon headed up his own company, Gordon J. Mace and Associates, before coming to Beitler Commercial Realty Services, where he has practiced real estate since 1989. In his career, Gordon has been responsible for more than $100 million worth of real estate transactions. He has represented many major commercial companies in the San Fernando Valley. Another exclusive client, CatalinaYachts, is the largest sailboat builder in the world. Gordon has leased or sold Catalina Yachts over 35 buildings in the San Fernando Valley.
