With 17 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, Glenn leads the investment sales advisory process, overseeing property marketing, negotiation, and new business development. He has been directly involved in the sale of over 150 New York properties, valued in excess of $12 billion. Completed transactions have included office, multifamily, development, hotel, retail, and mixed-use assets. Prior to founding Upland, Glenn was a Managing Director with JLL Capital Markets, New York Investment Sales, a position he held for nine years. While at JLL, Glenn developed the high-level institutional experience, sophistication, and investor relationships that form the core of his professional network.
