Glenn Dickerson’s experience runs the gamut in real estate. He has transacted deals on behalf of homeowners, landlords, tenants, hospitality brands, multi-family developers, medical users and raw land owners. Glenn’s real estate career began in Beverly Hills, California where he was a top producer in the high-end residential market. Glenn has also worked at AmReit, a publicly traded real estate trust, and has worked with Hines, Ascension Multi Family, Inland Retail Management, Choice Hotels, Extended Stay America, U-Haul, Allied Orion Realty, Dollar Tree, and the City of Rosenberg in their transactions for real estate throughout Texas. In 2018, Glenn was the sole broker in a $53M, 10.7-acre apartment asset in the Galleria, and has closed over $100M in transactions in the last 2 years. Glenn is also recognized as a Heavy Hitter by the Houston Business Journal, an award presented to the top land brokers in Houston. Glenn is a proud father of five daughters and is also a former ATP professional tennis player.
