Glenn Esterson has been a commercial real estate broker since 2001, has sold hundreds of parks nationwide, and continues to be one of the industry’s most active brokers. Glenn joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 and is now a First Vice-President of Investment Sales. Glenn and his team, Esterson MHC Team of Marcus & Millichap, transacts nationally with an emphasis on the east coast and sunbelt markets.
With more than twenty years in the commercial real estate business, Glenn has successfully owned and operated mobile home parks, and now focuses on assisting his clients buy and sell manufactured housing communities and RV parks throughout the U.S. Early in his career, Glenn worked with low income housing and conducted apartment sales, condo-conversions as well as working as a property manager. From there, Glenn transitioned into investment sales of manufactured housing communities & RV parks throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic and now the entire nation. Most recently Glenn has authored the industry's newest and best selling book called The Mobile Home Park Manifesto.
