Based in Orlando, he focuses on private equity infill, land assemblage and office brokerage services throughout the Central Florida market, and advises clients on dispositions, acquisitions and the overall marketability of their properties.
Mr. Jaffee has been involved in real estate for 27 years, with a diverse background in development, investment sales, land assemblage, single-family, multi-family and professional office.
His personal experiences have given him a unique perspective working with entitlements, municipalities, planning and zoning, annexation/de-annexation, comprehensive plan amendments, and various regulatory agencies. He also brings a strong background in corporate sales, having previously served as VP of Sales & Marketing for a technology solutions company that catered to Fortune 1000 companies.
